This role manages a wide range of marketing projects and initiatives while developing high quality, technically accurate promotional content that supports the Company’s products, services and industry brand position. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining marketing materials, including but not limited to literature, website content, social media, scripts, technical papers, white papers, and presentations - ensuring accuracy, clarity, and relevance of all materials. The role also helps drive new strategic marketing initiatives (launches, campaigns, etc.) while ensuring consistent brand messaging and compliant usage across all external communications. Manage Content Marketing with the development of targeted, technically accurate, and concise product/service messaging to support marketing initiatives Responsible for external websites (babcock.com, focaliti.com), site content maintenance, platform migration and updates, new product, services or acquisition messaging and placement, site navigation, site language translations, geographic targeting for translating and localizing materials by market as well as Search and Generative Engine Optimization (SEO and GEO) Promote cross-selling opportunities through integration of messages across all business units and product categories, throughout all appropriate media (website, literature, advertising, newsletters, trade show graphics, promotional videos, and digital marketing efforts) Drives the execution of strategic marketing initiatives (product launches, new market segment penetrations, etc.) – including properly aligned messaging, brand strategy and vision to meet the requirements of each market Oversee Company and product line branding including the development and adherence to branding standards, rebranding and brand integration transitional activities, trademark and intellectual property requirements, product packaging and labeling and sales collateral Manage and develop content for technical papers and technical presentations in support of Company’s participation in industry trade shows and conferences (reviewing, editing, publishing, and securing legal approvals) Oversee the deployment and physical / digital inventory of all promotional marketing collateral material and provide the necessary channels and tools for company-wide access These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned
