About The Position

Growth Signals is hiring a strategic Content Manager to lead and scale our content function as a core driver of growth, credibility and customer engagement. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of a cohesive content strategy that translates complex ideas, data, and product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives across the entire customer journey. As Content Manager, you will ensure our content consistently reinforces Growth Signals' positioning, supports demand generation and strengthens trust with enterprise audiences. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product and Customer Success teams to surface insights, shape messaging and deliver high-quality content that drives measurable business outcomes. You will also bring a modern, AI-fluent approach to content production using the best available tools to operate with speed, consistency, and scale without sacrificing editorial quality. This role combines strategic ownership with hands-on content production, leveraging cutting-edge AI tools and workflows. It is ideal for a content leader who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, performance and AI-driven scalability. You are expected to create and publish as part of this role.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, or brand storytelling roles.
  • Proven experience developing and executing content strategies tied to business outcomes.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong editorial bar.
  • Experience producing content for B2B audiences, preferably enterprise or SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of SEO/AEO/GEO principles, keyword/topic strategy and content optimization including awareness of how generative search and AI-driven discovery are reshaping content visibility.
  • Comfortable working with AI writing and content tools as part of an efficient, high-output content workflow, with a clear point of view on where AI accelerates production and where human editorial judgment is non-negotiable.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, early-stage or high-growth environments.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Clear, confident communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience in data-driven, technical, or AI-focused domains.
  • Experience building or operating AI-assisted content systems, including prompt workflows, skills, agents and automated content distribution pipelines.
  • Familiarity with demand generation, lifecycle marketing and content analytics.

  • Background in startup or seed-stage environments, comfortable operating with speed, ambiguity, and evolving processes.
  • Experience managing freelance writers, editors or creative partners.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the overarching content strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Plan, create, edit and optimize high-impact content across owned and distributed channels.
  • Engineer and refine AI-assisted content workflows to scale production of high-impact content across various formats (blogs, landing pages, case studies, social media, ad creatives and sales content).
  • Produce a consistent volume of high-quality, SEO/AEO/GEO optimized content daily/weekly, maintaining brand voice and editorial standards.
  • Establish editorial standards, brand voice guidelines, and content quality benchmarks.
  • Translate complex product, data, and market insights into clear, persuasive narratives.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to support pipeline and enablement.
  • Manage the end-to-end content lifecycle from ideation and production to distribution and optimization.
  • Oversee content calendars, workflows, and contributor timelines.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across owned channels, paid channels, thought leadership, campaigns and customer materials.
  • Track and analyze content performance, using insights to refine strategy and execution.
  • Manage and mentor external contributors or agencies, as needed.
