About The Position

Ragan Communications is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager who is a proven revenue-driven marketer, someone who owns products, builds full-funnel campaigns and delivers measurable results. This position is responsible for generating paid conversions, hitting revenue targets, and scaling a fast-growing portfolio of events, memberships, awards, and professional development products. Join a fast-growing business-to-business media company with a leadership position in the communications and marketing sector. You'll be part of a high-performing marketing team responsible for driving revenue from our best-in-class conferences, awards and other professional development programs on topics ranging from AI to employee experience to brand storytelling. You will lead the marketing strategy for assigned products and be accountable for conversion performance, forecasting, and revenue outcomes. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, resourceful, and relentlessly focused on results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a revenue-generating marketer, preferably at a b2b company, responsible for hitting revenue goals.
  • Ownership of a product or portfolio with clear accountability for revenue outcomes.
  • Experience building full-funnel marketing campaigns that directly generate paid conversions.
  • Strong command of email marketing, segmentation, landing-page strategy, and performance optimization.
  • Ability to analyze data, forecast revenue, and adjust tactics in real time.
  • Experience marketing B2B events, memberships, SaaS, training programs, or subscription-based products preferred.
  • 5–8+ years in marketing roles with increasing responsibility.
  • Domestic travel 5+ times a year.

Responsibilities

  • Own marketing strategy and execution for a defined set of Ragan products (events, awards, memberships or training).
  • Build and optimize full-funnel marketing plans designed specifically to drive paid registrations, entries, or memberships.
  • Create and manage multi-channel campaigns across email, paid social, organic social, partnerships, retargeting, and content marketing.
  • Segment, target, and engage audiences using Ragan’s database, behavioral data, and industry insights.
  • Conduct ongoing A/B testing to improve CTR, landing-page conversions, and overall return on ad spend.
  • Develop revenue forecasts, track performance, and report weekly progress toward revenue targets.
  • Monitor daily and weekly performance dashboards, analyzing trends across audience segments, channels, and creative.
  • Partner closely with content, sales, membership, and operations to align on goals, timing, and GTM strategy.
  • Lead post-campaign analysis and internal reports on results, lessons learned, and future recommendations.
