Requirements

  • Hands-on marketing experience with a track record of turning strategy into content, events, and outreach.
  • Understanding that senior buyers are moved by credible expert voices, real stories, and warm relationships, especially in a market with AI-generated noise.
  • Ability to own the full marketing function as an individual contributor, comfortable with both detailed tasks (e.g., newsletters) and strategic measurement.
  • Proven ownership of marketing measurement and analytics, including instrumenting a marketing stack, setting up reporting, and leading with data.
  • Fluency with SEO, AEO, demand generation, and website/content analytics tooling.
  • Experience marketing professional services, consulting, or technical products to senior B2B buyers.
  • Track record of building and running an editorial or content engine across owned channels (LinkedIn, newsletter, blog, website).
  • Real event execution experience, particularly intimate, executive-level formats.
  • Comfort partnering with senior technologists to surface stories and points of view, with editorial judgment to keep them on message.
  • Relationship-driven approach, valuing peer referrals and warm introductions.
  • Plainspoken writing and editing skills with a low tolerance for jargon.
  • Organizational savvy to coordinate sales, client service, and leadership towards shared goals, including influencing without direct authority.
  • 6-8 years of experience.

  • Experience at a small to mid-sized company with close alignment between marketing and hands-on execution.
  • Marketing technical services such as software consulting, data, or AI and machine learning.
  • Running a thought-leadership or named-voice program with subject-matter experts.
  • Fluency with the current AI and agentic landscape, with judgment to assess credibility with senior buyers.
  • Marketing operations and analytics tooling, including SEO and AEO.
  • Building or customizing AI-assisted workflows for content drafting, asset generation, and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Instrumenting and running always-on reporting on leading indicators of marketing engine performance, including content engagement, newsletter growth, website journeys, and event conversion.
  • Analyzing data to make investment decisions, identifying areas to concentrate efforts, and pruning unsustainable channels.
  • Owning the editorial calendar across owned channels (LinkedIn, newsletter, blog, website) to consistently communicate the company's position on agentic products and platform expertise.
  • Building and running the content engine: capturing stories, anecdotes, and field observations, organizing them for easy access, and providing ready-to-use material to sales and client service leaders.
  • Elevating a select group of senior technologists to a consistent publishing rhythm, helping them translate field experience into strong points of view, and encouraging broader firm participation.
  • Planning and executing small, themed, invite-only executive dinners in hub cities and virtually, and repurposing content from these events for future marketing efforts.
  • Supporting outreach and introduction motions by equipping client service leaders and sales directors with content, curated event schedules, and targeting recommendations.
