About The Position

Cornelis Networks is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to drive content strategy and thought leadership. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role where you will shape the company's market presence through various content forms. You will work with marketing and engineering leadership to translate technical differentiation into compelling content for infrastructure buyers. The ideal candidate has experience at the intersection of technical products and enterprise go-to-market strategies, with a strong understanding of the data platform, AI infrastructure, or HPC landscape. You should be a skilled writer and editor capable of producing high-quality work with minimal revisions and have experience building scalable content engines.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in product marketing, content marketing, or technical marketing roles within enterprise technology.
  • Experience in AI infrastructure, data platforms, HPC, cloud, or semiconductors is strongly preferred.
  • Experience using AI enabled tools to drive scale of your expertise into your marketing workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute content strategies that drive measurable business outcomes: pipeline influence, analyst perception, category awareness.
  • Strong writing and editorial skills. You can produce polished, publication-ready content across formats (blogs, briefs, contributed articles, keynote scripts) with minimal oversight.
  • Technical fluency. You can engage credibly with engineers and architects on topics like fabric architecture, AI training and inference workloads, GPU cluster design, and data platform tradeoffs.
  • Experience with analyst engagement programs (Gartner, IDC, Forrester, or equivalent) including positioning strategy, briefing preparation, and inquiry support.
  • Track record of building and scaling content programs at high-growth or category-creation stage companies.
  • Experience developing customer story pipelines and translating customer outcomes into credible, data-supported proof points.
  • Comfort operating in a startup environment with high autonomy, fast iteration, and direct access to executive leadership.

Nice To Haves

  • Deep familiarity with the bigger picture view of how AI and AI powered applications are delivered and consumed by enterprise customers including data platforms and data governance
  • Experience with category creation: defining a new market category and building the content and narrative infrastructure to support it.
  • Experience with GTM for products that span both scale-up and scale-out architectures.
  • Familiarity with analyst frameworks (Magic Quadrant, MarketScape, Wave) and experience contributing to positioning strategy for those evaluations.

Responsibilities

  • Drive an editorial calendar and content pipeline for owned areas: ideation, production, distribution, and measurement.
  • Write and edit long-form content including byline blogs, contributed articles, technical briefs, and analyst-facing materials.
  • Build a repeatable content engine that produces high-quality assets at a pace that matches our product and launch cadence.
  • Develop customer story programs that produce credible, data-grounded proof points for sales and analyst conversations.
  • Direct blog strategy with clear performance targets for engagement, reach, and pipeline influence.
  • Translate complex architectural concepts into clear, credible narratives that resonate with infrastructure architects, data center operators, and technical executives.
  • Develop and maintain the company’s point of view on AI and infrastructure trends, fabric architecture, and the competitive landscape. Own ‘how we show up’ in market conversations.
  • Build executive positioning and speaking programs: conference abstracts, keynote scripts, panel prep, and event-specific messaging.
  • Partner with CMO and analyst relations to develop positioning materials, briefing decks, and engagement strategies for industry analysts.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and engineering leadership to stay current on architecture, roadmap, and competitive dynamics. Turn technical depth into market-ready content and enablement tools for sales and channels.
  • Collaborate with demand generation and field teams to align content with campaign themes, launch milestones, and sales enablement needs.
  • Contribute to GTM planning for product launches, ensuring content, enablement assets, and messaging are sharp, consistent, and ready on schedule.
