About The Position

The Senior Marketing Manager, Customer/Lifecycle Marketing is responsible for customer and lifecycle marketing to drive engagement and retention strategies that enhance the customer journey. This role requires a strong marketing background, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for creating impactful customer experiences. Requirements

  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven marketing experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience focusing on customer and lifecycle marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer lifecycle marketing strategies to boost engagement, retention, and loyalty.
  • Analyze customer data and insights to improve the customer journey and increase lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Create and manage targeted marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Monitor and report marketing initiative effectiveness, using data to optimize strategies.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer and lifecycle marketing.
  • Build and promote relationships across teams for effective communication and services affecting clients.
  • Attend webinars and training to stay updated on company and department best practices.
  • Complete projects and duties as assigned by supervisor.
