The Senior Marketing Manager shapes and leads integrated marketing strategies that drive patient acquisition, engagement, and growth for the Alaska and South Puget Sound regions. This role partners closely with clinical, operational, and executive leaders to translate business priorities into effective, measurable marketing programs. Operating with significant autonomy, this role influences decision‑making across teams and ensures marketing strategies directly support business and growth objectives. The Senior Manager regularly evaluates the effectiveness of their regional marketing initiatives and communicates outcomes and optimization paths to their stakeholders including divisional marketing leadership, service line leads, and functional teams. In addition, the Senior Manager ensures planning follows the appropriate campaign development process and ensures campaigns are executed on time and on budget. The Senior Manager participates in key strategic meetings and forums to ensure a constant and trusted presence for the marketing function and provides sound marketing counsel, advice, and strategic input in support of operations.
