Transwestern’s Mid-Atlantic Marketing team is seeking a highly strategic, detail-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and business development efforts for its Tenant Advisory practice in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This role balances the development of marketing collateral that drives new business with strategic and holistic support of all stages of the marketing funnel from market visibility and client engagement through pursuit execution and delivery. The Senior Marketing Manager partners closely with brokers, leadership, the larger Mid-Atlantic and national marketing teams, and cross-functional service verticals to shape messaging, manage workflows, and deliver high-impact materials and campaigns. This individual serves as a trusted partner to internal clients, leads a small marketing team, and drives day-to-day execution and process. Success in this role requires strong organizational discipline, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and tight timelines without compromising quality. This is an in-office role based in Washington, D.C., with the expectation of daily collaboration with brokerage, leadership and the marketing team. Remote work will not be considered.
