We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Marketing Senior Specialist to support the Firm’s Advisory group. CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings. YOUR TEAM. Reporting to an Advisory Marketing Senior Manager, the Marketing Senior Specialist plays a key role in executing integrated marketing campaigns and supporting programs that build market visibility, strengthen brand presence, and generate demand aligned to the advisory marketing strategy. As part of the Portfolio Marketing Team, this individual brings strong project management skills, hands-on experience supporting multi-channel marketing initiatives, and the ability to interpret performance data to evaluate results and identify opportunities for improvement. Success in this role requires building trusted relationships with practice leadership, business development, and across marketing to drive awareness, deepen engagement, and support lead generation among existing clients and priority accounts.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional services marketing experience, consulting experience a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong project coordination/management, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple tasks, multiple stakeholders on deadline
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and confidently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • A team player who collaborates effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Understanding of professional services marketing approaches; B2B experience supporting B2B marketing preferred
  • Experience with social media promotion
  • Microsoft Office skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with alliance partners or external associations a plus
  • familiarity with Copilot, Microsoft Teams, CRM, and Marketing Project Management a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Advisory Marketing Lead and marketing operations team with campaign planning and program development.
  • Monitor progress of marketing initiatives and keep stakeholders informed and on deadline.
  • Coordinate with practice leaders, business development and marketing teams (internal and external) as needed to identify complete and identify marketing opportunities.
  • Partner with stakeholders to enhance social media networks and shape content that amplifies key campaigns and thought leadership.
  • Assists in the creation of insights that build awareness, address key business challenges, and position the firm as a trusted advisor through timely, relevant thought leadership.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of marketing collateral including sell sheets, capabilities decks, datasheets, client references, sales tools, web pages and case studies.
  • Support the Advisory Marketing Lead and marketing operations team on marketing automation deliverables including e-mail content and list criteria.
  • Provide event coordination and logistics support, including facilitating webinars, maintaining contracts and invoices, and track ROI utilizing the firm systems.
  • Analyze marketing performance data to identify opportunities, achievements, and impact.
