About The Position

Allegacy Financial is seeking a strategic, results-driven marketer to lead the development of marketing strategies and integrated campaigns that drive new member acquisition, deposit growth, and deeper engagement with Allegacy's consumer banking solutions. This role requires a self-starter who can identify opportunities, build plans, influence stakeholders, and drive measurable business outcomes. The Senior Marketing Manager will serve as the strategic marketing partner to key business leaders across Product, Finance, Analytics, Retail Banking, and Marketing, translating member needs, market dynamics, and business priorities into effective marketing strategies. The position sits at the intersection of business strategy and marketing execution, owning the strategic direction while collaborating with channel marketing and creative teams for campaign implementation across various channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive marketing experience.
  • 5+ years of experience developing growth, acquisition, or product marketing strategies.
  • Financial services, banking, credit union, fintech, wealth management, or related industry experience required.
  • Proven success leading integrated marketing campaigns with measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of consumer banking products, deposits, member/customer acquisition, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience partnering with analytics teams and using data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience in retail banking, credit unions, or regional financial institutions.
  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Experience working with marketing automation, CRM, and customer segmentation strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop annual and quarterly marketing strategies that support member acquisition, deposit growth, and consumer banking objectives.
  • Partner with Product, Retail Banking, Finance, and Analytics leaders to identify growth opportunities, member needs, and portfolio priorities.
  • Analyze business performance, competitive activity, market trends, and member behavior to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Build business cases, growth plans, and campaign strategies that align marketing investments to organizational goals.
  • Serve as the marketing lead for consumer deposit products and member growth initiatives.
  • Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns from insight through execution.
  • Create campaign briefs, positioning, audience strategies, messaging frameworks, and measurement plans.
  • Collaborate with channel marketing teams responsible for campaign execution across paid media, email, web, social, content, branch, and member communications.
  • Ensure campaigns deliver a consistent member experience across all touchpoints.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance data and evolving business priorities.
  • Establish KPIs and success metrics tied to acquisition, deposits, engagement, and member growth.
  • Partner with analytics teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Communicate performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to executive and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Build strong partnerships across Marketing, Retail Banking, Product Management, Finance, Analytics, Digital, and Operations.
  • Influence decisions and priorities through insight, collaboration, and strategic thinking.
  • Help shape the marketing roadmap by identifying emerging opportunities and member needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and growth partner to internal stakeholders.
