Requirements

  • Confident, articulate communicator with exceptional presentation skills and ability to sell ideas and stories to high level executives
  • Storytelling as value creation, with a strong ability to transform ideas into market‑relevant solutions and commercial impact
  • The ability to foster a culture of creativity and collaboration within cross-functional teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment
  • A creative mindset grounded in olfactive expertise and visual storytelling, with the ability to translate concepts into emotive, multisensorial experiences
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, with 8+ years of experience in fine fragrance marketing, brand strategy, or creative roles (fragrance house, luxury brand, or agency preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Creative and strategic Marketing Lead for Prestige clients, translating olfactive concepts and perfumer intent into compelling fragrance narratives that drive differentiation and desirability
  • Continuously monitor the Prestige fragrance market to identify emerging opportunities and white space, tracking brand strategies, launches, and market dynamics to inform creative direction and strategic recommendations
  • Decode macro, cultural, and consumer movements into compelling, future‑forward fragrance stories and propositions that inspire differentiation and drive growth across priority Prestige accounts
  • Enable commercial success by elevating fragrance value through differentiated reasons to believe, e.g. perfumer inspiration, creative process, consumer and market intelligence, trend expertise, ingredient storytelling, and innovation capabilities
  • Champion proactive creative initiatives, ideation sessions and multisensorial creative experiences that inspire breakthrough fragrance concepts to unlock new business opportunities and drive competitive uniqueness
  • Drive best-in-class marketing execution through strong project leadership and cross functional alignment around objectives, milestones, and deliverables
