Requirements

Ability to work independently with little supervision
Excellent Customer Service and Inventory Skills
Professional Image & Demeanor
Must possess a valid NYS Driver License
SERV Safe Food Handlers Certification
Flexible schedule hours and job duties
Work well under pressure from client’s demands
Two years of related experience required

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and support a team of Pantry Attendants, Pantry Captains, and Baristas across multiple accounts
Conduct site visits, inspections, and performance check-ins across assigned accounts
Oversee coffee equipment operations and preventative maintenance by coordinating service calls, installations, and equipment replacements
Maintain high standards for hospitality, presentation, and client experience at each location
Manage schedules and daily coverage, including callouts, PTO, and workforce planning
Safety, food handling, and sanitation compliance (SOPs, audits, corrective action)
Train new hires and reinforce service standards through ongoing coaching and retraining
Approve payroll and ensure accurate timekeeping
Track labor hours and submit weekly billing hours to support invoicing and reporting
Partner with leadership and client stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and professionally
Conduct Coaching, counseling, hiring, onboarding and performance evaluations
Other tasks as needed
