Senior Marketing & Events Specialist

OnfloHerndon, VA
$75,000 - $95,000Hybrid

About The Position

Every school district in America runs on trust. Families need answers, staff need support, and IT teams need systems that actually work. Too often districts patch that together with disconnected tools and stretched-thin teams, with no real visibility into what is working. Onflo built the platform that fixes that. Our service platform brings customer service, help desk ticketing, call center operations, AI chat, and IT asset management into one place, purpose-built for K-12 public education. When a district runs on Onflo, staff spend less time firefighting and more time serving students. Events are one of the biggest ways district leaders first meet us and decide we are worth their time. Keeping that program running smoothly, day in and day out, is where you come in. You'll be the operational engine behind our events, working closely with and under the direction of our Manager of Marketing Events. You'll keep a busy calendar organized, on schedule, and measurable, and you'll make sure the leads and relationships those events create actually get captured and followed up on. You'll own the details and the day-to-day execution that make each event land, and when Marketing needs a hand beyond events, you're the one who steps in. You'll own specific events and components end to end while supporting the Manager of Marketing Events across the rest. It's a role with real responsibility and room to grow.
