About The Position

Langan is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join its collaborative team in Boston, MA. This individual will serve a key function in preparing proposals, qualifications, and presentations, researching business development opportunities, and providing marketing support for projects and events. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be part of a national business development and marketing team and to collaborate with the firm’s employees and leadership, along with architects, construction management firms, developers, attorneys and other consultants to drive organizational growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required;
  • 2+ years of professional marketing experience within the real estate, architectural, engineering or construction industry;
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and editing skills;
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deliverables;
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat/Reader, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator software programs;
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities; and
  • Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares, assists with and tracks proposals; statements of qualifications; requests for quotations, and pricing and other marketing collateral from concept through completion;
  • Composes, edits, and creates graphic material, and prepares staff resumes and project experience needed for RFQs, RFPs and other reports;
  • Coordinates, tracks, and supports the firm’s business development and marketing activities;
  • Prepares and completes standard federal forms;
  • Assists in the coordination of trade shows and special events;
  • Designs schedules and coordinates meetings, events, and appointments to ensure the success of meeting deadlines;
  • Attends networking events on behalf of the firm when appropriate; and
  • Performs other duties as requested.
