The Senior Marketing Coordinator manages proposal production and supports pursuit strategy. They coordinate information, maintain schedules, and ensure compliance with requirements. They provide quality reviews, guide coordinators, and support strategists and principals. Essential Functions: Manage proposal schedules, deliverables, and coordination across teams. Lead proposal kickoff logistics and prepare required summaries for technical staff. Coordinate information from internal staff and subconsultants and track compliance. Support strategists with win themes, strategy alignment, and content direction. Write, edit, and format proposal content and maintain consistency with brand standards. Perform quality reviews for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with RFP/Q criteria. Update resumes, project sheets, and related materials with new information. Coordinate production of interview and presentation materials. Guide coordinators on processes, tools, and best practices. Manage proposal closeout and ensure updated materials are stored in firm systems.
