Job Summary: We are seeking a marketing coordinator to work directly with market leadership across a variety of offices. The role is broadly exposed to many A/E markets but will have a significant focus on Data Centers, Healthcare and Higher Education pursuits. Work flows across many of our offices — Denver, Twin Cities, Rochester, Eau Claire, Madison, Chicago, Boston, Bloomfield — so you would be an integral part of a broader team. Reporting to the Marketing Director in Eau Claire, WI, you'll provide crucial support to our marketing and business development team. As an energetic professional, you'll excel at meeting deadlines, following through, and caring about the big picture. We are looking for the right person, not just a job description. This position will be filled based on your level of experience and will likely morph based on the talents you bring to our team.

Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related design field. (We also value experience or other paths of study.)
  • Exude a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • You demonstrate self-sufficiency in tasks, taking responsibility for organization, communication, implementation, and completion. This requires the ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team, whether in-person or virtually.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with the marketing team daily.
  • Facilitate business development and proposal production.
  • Deeply integrate with market leaders to support business development in a variety of ways
  • Maintain team boilerplate information – resumes, case studies, photographs, etc.
  • Assemble qualification packages.
  • Update our database with leads, opportunities, client contacts, staff skills.
  • Create folders in our network file system.
  • Plan internal events.
  • Support external events.
