As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in strengthening Allnorth’s market position, driving integrated campaigns and contributing to business development efforts across our market sectors. You’re comfortable owning campaigns end-to-end, translating technical ideas into compelling messaging, and collaborating with stakeholders across the business. This role is ideal for someone ready to step into greater ownership and grow into a future marketing leader. We are looking to hire the role in either Vancouver or Calgary.

Requirements

  • 10 - 12 years of B2B marketing experience (engineering, construction, industrial, or technical sectors preferred)
  • Proven ability to plan, develop and execute campaigns with measurable impact
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to collaborate with SMEs and simplify technical concepts to create effective marketing materials
  • Experience managing websites, digital campaigns, and social channels
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, and move initiatives forward independently
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence stakeholders
  • Salesforce, HubSpot, Canva, and WordPress (required)

Responsibilities

  • Drive the design, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns that align with corporate strategy and support business development targets and pipeline growth
  • Track full-funnel campaign performance and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Develop messaging, content, and campaign assets that translate technical expertise into client-focused value
  • Evaluate, recommend, and manage event, conference, and tradeshow participation based on ROI, strategic fit, and campaign objectives
  • Manage the company’s digital presence including website updates, developing campaign landing pages, and monitoring performance
  • Maintain the sales collateral library and brand standards, ensuring all assets are current, consistent, and aligned with approved messaging and visual identity.
