The Senior Marketing Automation Manager will support the systems, processes, and emails used in Strategy’s global digital marketing and demand generation programs. This role involves implementing, tracking, analyzing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns using Marketo, and managing the integration, customization, and new process buildout of the existing MARTECH stack, including Marketo, Marketo Measure, Salesforce, Zoom, Content Stack, 6Sense, Litmus, and other proprietary marketing platforms. The manager will be required to meet regularly with business partners in Information Systems and CRM teams to understand goals and requirements, define solutions, and deliver scalable solutions along with documentation and training for end-users. The position requires comfort in leading projects and collaborating with various stakeholders to create and execute end-to-end email marketing and operations projects.
