The Senior Marketing Automation Manager will support the systems, processes, and emails for global digital marketing and demand generation programs. This role involves implementing, tracking, analyzing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns using Marketo, and managing the integration, customization, and new process buildout of the existing MARTECH stack, including Marketo, Marketo Measure, Salesforce, Zoom, Content Stack, 6Sense, Litmus, and other proprietary marketing platforms. The manager will regularly collaborate with Information Systems and CRM teams to define and deliver scalable solutions, documentation, and training. The position requires leading projects and collaborating with stakeholders to create and execute end-to-end email marketing and operations projects.
