Our Marketing Analytics team delivers strategic insights through comprehensive data analysis of marketing campaign and channel performance, collaborating closely with Sales, SDR, and Ops (Marketing + GTM) teams. This dynamic team is responsible for lead funnel measurement, attribution modeling, in-depth analysis of Marketing investments, and identifying critical risks and opportunities within the business. They ensure the availability of robust self-service tools and dashboards for trend analysis, while playing a pivotal role in operating reviews and annual planning. As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you'll serve as the analytics partner for marketing teams, building scalable reporting capabilities that track performance across the entire customer journey. You'll transform complex marketing data into actionable insights that influence strategy, automate key operating review deliverables, and enable stakeholders to make data-driven decisions that improve marketing ROI.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of marketing performance drivers
  • Action-oriented with a strong analytical mindset and curiosity to drive a deeper understanding of what’s happening and why
  • Technical expertise in SQL, Salesforce, Marketing Automation tools (Hubspot/Marketo) and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau).
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical content to non-technical audiences
  • Proven ability to initiate and complete analytical projects independently
  • Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.

  • Experience in DBT is preferred.
  • Bonus for Python/R.

Responsibilities

  • Function as analytics partner for a marketing team, building and scaling marketing reporting capabilities. These include sizing opportunities, establishing consistent tracking, KPIs, and dashboards, plus developing insights into campaign impact on milestones across the customer journey
  • Automate operating review deliverables to drive source of truth consistency and reduce cycle time
  • Enable key stakeholders on insights produced and provide data-driven recommendations to improve marketing efficiency, insights and impact
  • Continue evolving our analytical capabilities through partnership with Data Engineering to influence roadmap and development of datasets
