About The Position

We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Senior Marketing Analyst to be a cornerstone of our acquisition strategy across HelloFresh, Chefs Plate, and Factor. In our data-centric culture, your role will be vital in unearthing key insights to drive marketing success. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing Growth team to enhance analytical capabilities and champion a data-first approach to all marketing efforts. Success in this role requires working with various data teams across the organization to deliver high-impact, actionable insights that boost overall business performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in relevant fields such as Marketing Management Consulting, Growth Marketing Management, DTC Consumer Marketing, and/or Digital Marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related field.
  • Highly skilled in managing and analyzing large datasets, including identifying trends, drawing robust conclusions, and expertly cleaning, transforming, and structuring raw data.
  • Proficiency in querying data and utilizing analysis tools such as Databricks, Tableau, and Google Analytics.
  • A creative thinker with a strong, data-driven analytical mindset for optimizing daily performance and effectively managing business operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to critically evaluate company goals, devise effective strategies to achieve them, and clearly articulate the rationale for recommended actions.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to convey complex information with clarity and conciseness.
  • Proven capabilities in strategic decision-making and resolving complex problems.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and efficient time management abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive analysis of performance and brand marketing data to pinpoint areas for improvement across key KPIs (acquisition, CAC, brand awareness, LTV, etc.).
  • Partner with channel managers to translate these insights into concrete initiatives and action plans.
  • Lead the translation of analytical findings into tangible marketing projects and actions adopted by the broader team.
  • Act as a key liaison for the analytics department, supporting the broader Canadian marketing team by clarifying new metrics and building foundational analytical skills.
  • Foster cross-team collaboration, share best practices, and drive joint insight generation with other analytics departments.
  • Analyze customer data to identify pain points and opportunities, informing customer segmentation and personalization strategies.
  • Stay current with relevant industry and market trends that could influence business performance.
  • Play an active role in the marketing annual strategic planning process, from initial analysis through compelling data-driven storytelling.
  • All other duties, as assigned
