In this role, you won’t just crunch numbers—you will help scale our customer acquisition channels, implement campaign and lift studies, optimize user journeys, and pioneer innovative ways to leverage AI for advanced analytics. Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in a marketing analytical role
  • Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (vlookups/xlookups, pivot tables, and data modeling formulas are second nature to you).
  • A foundational familiarity with core growth marketing metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROI, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • A strong interest and experience in prompt engineering, AI/ML concepts, and a proactive desire to experiment with LLMs (specifically Claude) to disrupt and automate traditional data analysis workflows.
  • Experience analyzing paid media campaigns, A/B tests and foramlizaing attribution strategies
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills required to manage day-to-day deliverables with external agency partners.

Nice To Haves

  • Foundational knowledge of SQL for querying databases.
  • Experience with CRM data architectures (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) or SEO tools (e.g., Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
  • Exposure to visualization tools like Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Attribution Insight: Support cross-channel marketing attribution analysis (including multi-touch, last-click, and Marketing Mix Modeling) to help the team evaluate true ROI and optimize budget allocation across paid and organic channels.
  • Pioneer AI Workflows: Help build and leverage automated AI integrations into Claude (using APIs and Model Context Protocol) to seamlessly measure, query, and monitor real-time CRM performance and paid media outputs.
  • Innovate with AI Analytics: Bring a forward-thinking mindset to the team by researching, testing, and brainstorming innovative ways to leverage AI for data analytics—whether that means automating routine reporting, building custom internal prompts, or finding creative ways to extract deeper consumer insights from unstructured data.
  • Agency Collaboration & Execution: Act as the internal analytics bridge for our external SEO and media agencies, ensuring clean data sharing, tracking accuracy, and validating agency performance reports against internal database metrics.
  • Partner with our Data Science team to calibrate new models and opportunities to display performance data.
  • Visualize Performance: Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and reporting structures that give the growth team real-time visibility into vital performance metrics.
  • Uncover Growth Loops: Perform ad-hoc data deep-dives to pinpoint friction points in the user journey, identify growth loops, and uncover new optimization opportunities.
