About The Position

The Senior Manufacturing Technician, POROS Manufacturing is responsible for performing advanced hands-on manufacturing activities in support of the production of POROS chromatography resin. This role executes production activities safely, compliantly, and efficiently while providing technical support to the manufacturing team and assisting with maintenance, material handling, and other operational activities as needed. The Senior Manufacturing Technician independently performs a broad range of manufacturing tasks, operates and monitors production equipment, completes required production documentation, and troubleshoots routine process and equipment issues. This role serves as an experienced resource on the manufacturing floor, supporting less experienced technicians, sharing technical knowledge, and helping the team maintain safe, reliable, and consistent production operations.
