About The Position

As a Senior Manufacturing Technician at Honeywell Aerospace, you will provide technical expertise to support the operation of manufacturing processes and systems. You will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure the quality and efficiency of manufacturing processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and implement best practices, while helping meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results. The role reports to the Sr ISC Production Supervisor and is based onsite at the Plymouth, Minnesota facility. The schedule is Weekend Nights: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 5:00 PM–5:30 AM.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Manufacturing Technician or in a related role.
Strong technical skills in mechanical systems and components.
Experience leading a team of technicians.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be a U.S. person as defined in the posting: a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; the employer is not sponsoring work visas.
