A Day in the Life We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manufacturing Supervisor to lead first shift operations at our Brooklyn Park, MN facility. In this role, you will oversee daily production activities within a fast-paced medical device manufacturing environment, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance are consistently met. As a key leader on the floor, you will guide and develop a team of supervisors and production employees while driving performance to meet production targets and customer demand. This position plays a critical role in advancing operational excellence by leading continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing workflows, and strengthening cross-functional collaboration across manufacturing, quality, engineering, and supply chain teams. Requirements

  • Requires 3+ years of experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leading warehouse and distribution operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Proven success driving process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse systems and inventory management (e.g., WMS, SAP, RF scanning)
  • Ability to analyze KPIs and operational data to drive performance and decision-making
  • Demonstrated leadership in building and developing high-performing teams in a distribution setting
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Responsibilities

  • Leads and supervises warehouse and distribution operations to ensure efficient receiving, storage, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping activities while meeting service, quality, safety, and cost objectives.
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of operational activities within warehouse and distribution areas to meet operational goals, quality standards, and cost targets.
  • Prioritizes operational schedules and workflows based on product demand, equipment efficiency, inventory availability, and materials supply.
  • Leads operational improvement initiatives and cross‑functional projects focused on warehouse optimization, process efficiency, and scalability of distribution operations.
  • Plans and administers operational procedures, staffing models, and resource allocation to support business objectives.
  • Makes recommendations related to operational budgets including capital expenditures, staffing needs, equipment investments, and process improvements.
  • Identifies and implements process improvements using Lean, continuous improvement, or data‑driven methodologies to enhance productivity, service levels, and operational efficiency.
  • Partners with supply chain, quality, manufacturing, engineering, and logistics teams to support strategic operational initiatives and system improvements.
  • Analyzes operational data and key performance indicators to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement within warehouse operations.
  • Selects, develops, and leads personnel to ensure the efficient and effective operation of warehouse functions while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Develops schedules, manpower requirements, and operational plans for assigned areas.
