About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our client's aerospace manufacturing team in Camarillo, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with manufacturing engineering processes, PLM systems, engineering drawings, and aerospace manufacturing standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 7–10 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience.
• Experience with PLM systems (3DX preferred, Enovia, Solumina).
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation.
• Experience managing Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the Aerospace industry is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing standards and processes.
• Experience supporting production, quality, and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing engineering activities for aerospace production.
• Work with PLM systems such as 3DX, Enovia, and Solumina.
• Interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Review and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) structures and nomenclature.
• Coordinate with customers to document project progress and recommend engineering revisions.
• Conduct manufacturing process improvements, time studies, and quality initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and technical reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams.
