About The Position

This role supports Schneider Electric's manufacturing transformation by helping transition from legacy systems to SAP's latest platform. The Senior Manufacturing Business Analyst will partner with business and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, solve complex business challenges, and drive process improvements across the Global Supply Chain. This high-impact role plays a key part in advancing digital transformation, operational excellence, and manufacturing performance across North America.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, or related environments.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes across multiple plant locations.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP implementations or transformations.
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Change management, communication, and stakeholder management experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced project environments.
  • Leadership and project coordination capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong listening, negotiation, decision-making, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and IT systems.
  • Experience working with multicultural and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and outside standard business hours when required.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the identification of manufacturing business requirements and develop the customer story backlog for SAP.
  • Act as a Change Agent, supporting the Product Owner in bridging gaps between legacy and future-state ERP systems.
  • Manage the transfer of SAP knowledge to Key Users, Data Owners, and local management teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and gather feedback on system enhancements.
  • Lead and facilitate stakeholder workshops.
  • Create and validate end-to-end manufacturing process flows.
  • Support the localization of project documentation, including training materials and test scripts.
  • Ensure site readiness through planning, training, support, and audit activities.
  • Serve as the primary business representative for the ERP transformation program, providing expertise in manufacturing processes and systems.
  • Drive business transformation efforts related to solution adoption, data accuracy, and organizational change management.
  • Coordinate and support end-user training activities.
  • Hold Key Users and Data Owners accountable for project deliverables.
  • Lead and support solution testing activities with Key Users and project teams.
