About The Position

As our Senior Manufacturer Collaboration Specialist, you will be responsible for owning a specific group of manufacturer relationships and closely working with key contacts to help track down backordered items, confirm inventory levels for items needing to be expedited, and provide an overall world class customer experience for our internal teams and customers. You will strengthen our community by building professional relationships with your key vendors to quickly resolve order inquiries from our customers. In this position, you will also play a large role in contributing innovative solutions to streamline the way information is shared between partners, team members, and customers.

Requirements

• All-star communicator and fluent in English (both written and verbal)
• Demonstrate a passion for operations and supply chain management
• Self-starter that thrives in a team environment
• Confident using MS Office (Excel)
• Knack for identifying process improvements

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow strong and friendly relationships for your specific group of vendors
• Manage and track SKUs
• Maintain Salesforce records of request requiring follow-up communication
• Compare product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors when there are discrepancies
• Providing assistance to the team as workload varies
