The Senior Manager, Primary Care Digital Transformation (PCDT), is responsible for leading a team that delivers digital-first products, services, and solutions that improve the experience of clinicians, patients, and caregivers. This role works collaboratively across Digital Excellence in Health (DxH), Ontario Health, government partners, and external stakeholders to establish program objectives, drive product strategy, and ensure successful delivery and ongoing support of digital solutions. The Senior Manager champions a citizen-centered, digital-first mindset and promotes innovative approaches that contribute to a more connected healthcare system. They oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, including strategy, roadmaps, design, implementation, and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and clinical program needs. As a people leader, the Senior Manager fosters a culture of collaboration, agility, innovation, accountability, and continuous learning. They build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders, communicate the value of their team's contributions, and ensure products are delivered efficiently, securely, and sustainably. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership, technical understanding, program oversight, and operational execution.
