The Senior Manager, Warehouse Robotics and Automation leads the introduction of robotics and physical AI across the client’s distribution network. The role selects and deploys autonomous mobile robots, goods-to-person systems, vision-guided picking, and AI orchestration. It begins with a pilot at the Kentucky distribution centers within six months of starting and expands to additional U.S. warehouses. The Senior Manager owns robotics strategy, vendor selection, fleet design, deployment, and fleet performance. The role collaborates with IT business partners, warehouse systems, Quality, and operations colleagues, who own system integration, validation, and warehouse processes. Hands-on experience taking warehouse robotics from selection through steady-state operation is required; experience in a regulated pharmaceutical or healthcare distribution environment is ideal.
