About The Position

Conair is seeking a highly strategic and analytical Senior Manager, Walmart Retail Media to lead media strategy and execution across Walmart for Conair Beauty, Cuisinart, and BaBylissPRO. This role will be responsible for developing and driving full-funnel retail media strategies that accelerate brand growth, increase market share, and deliver measurable business results across Walmart.com and omnichannel environments. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in Walmart Connect Search and Display, a strong understanding of the broader retail media ecosystem, and a proven ability to translate media investments into business outcomes. This individual will serve as a key partner to Sales, Brand Marketing, Digital Enablement, Customer Marketing, Analytics, Walmart Connect, and external agency partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Retail Media, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, or Shopper Marketing.
  • 4+ years of direct experience managing Walmart Connect media programs.
  • Deep understanding of Walmart Search, Display Self-Service (DSS), Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Products, Social Commerce, and omnichannel measurement.
  • Experience managing multimillion-dollar media budgets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience with Pacvue, Walmart Connect reporting, Luminate/Scintilla, and other retail media platforms.
  • Proven track record of driving profitable growth and achieving business objectives through retail media investments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Walmart Retail Media Strategy: Own end-to-end Walmart retail media strategy across Sponsored Search, Display Self-Service (DSS), Social Commerce, Influencer, and emerging Walmart Connect capabilities.
  • Develop annual, quarterly, and event-specific media plans aligned to business objectives, retailer priorities, product launches, and seasonal opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to drive incremental growth, improve category share, and maximize return on media investment.
  • Drive Business Performance: Manage and optimize a multimillion-dollar Walmart retail media budget across multiple business units.
  • Establish performance goals and measurement frameworks tied to sales, market share, traffic, conversion, ROAS, new-to-brand acquisition, and omnichannel outcomes.
  • Analyze campaign performance and retail metrics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Partner Across Functions: Collaborate closely with Sales, Brand Marketing, Digital Enablement, Customer Marketing, Analytics, and Finance teams to ensure media strategies support broader business objectives.
  • Serve as the retail media subject matter expert internally and externally.
  • Influence prioritization of product launches, promotional support, and investment strategies.
  • Agency & Retailer Management: Lead external agency partners responsible for campaign execution, optimization, reporting, and innovation.
  • Establish clear performance expectations, operating rhythms, and accountability measures.
  • Partner directly with Pacvue and Walmart Connect teams to identify growth opportunities, beta programs, category insights, and strategic initiatives.
  • Measurement & Analytics: Develop reporting frameworks that connect media performance to retail outcomes including POS, share growth, traffic, conversion, and incrementality.
  • Utilize Walmart Connect reporting, Pacvue, Scintilla/Luminate, and other analytics platforms to evaluate effectiveness and uncover optimization opportunities.
  • Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Innovation & Testing: Lead testing agendas across audience targeting, creative formats, bidding strategies, campaign structures, and emerging media capabilities.
  • Evaluate new Walmart Connect products and measurement solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive a culture of continuous learning and optimization.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop team members while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration.
  • Establish best practices, processes, and operating procedures that support scalable growth.
