About The Position

The Senior Manager, Value Capture is responsible for driving the identification, tracking, and realization of value across the Energy Storage business. This role partners cross-functionally with Direct Procurement, Battery, Planning, Delivery, Logistics, Digital Transformation, and other key functions to ensure that cost savings, operational efficiencies, and strategic initiatives are clearly defined, executed, and realized. This individual acts as a central orchestrator—bridging strategy and execution—to ensure initiatives deliver measurable financial and operational impact. This role is critical to ensure that strategic initiatives translate into real, measurable business outcomes. By connecting teams, driving accountability, and ensuring disciplined execution, the Senior Manager, Value Capture enables the organization to fully realize the financial and operational benefits of its investments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 8–12+ years of experience in program management, procurement, operations, or related roles
  • Experience in energy storage, renewables, manufacturing, all areas of Supply Chain and a highly cross-functional environment preferred
  • Proven track record of driving measurable cost savings and operational improvements
  • Strong project/program management skills with ability to manage multiple complex initiatives
  • Expert in Excel, Pivot tables, Vlookup and financial discussions
  • Experience working across global teams and functions

  • Financial Acumen – Strong understanding of cost drivers and savings validation

Responsibilities

  • Partner with functional leaders to identify value opportunities, including cost savings, cost avoidance, and operational efficiencies
  • Translate strategic initiatives into measurable value targets with clear ownership
  • Establish standardized methodologies for value tracking and reporting
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely execution
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans across multiple workstreams
  • Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies; proactively drive resolution
  • Build and manage a centralized value tracking system/dashboard
  • Ensure transparency of progress against targets, including financial validation
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on value realization status
  • Act as a key liaison across Direct Procurement, Battery, Planning, Delivery, Logistics, and Digital teams
  • Facilitate alignment on priorities, timelines, and expected outcomes
  • Drive a culture of accountability and results across teams
  • Establish governance frameworks to ensure consistent execution and reporting
  • Continuously improve processes for tracking, validating, and realizing value
  • Ensure alignment with finance on savings validation and reporting standards
