The position also includes managing a small team of freelance UX writers, establishing standards, and developing workflows. The ideal candidate will balance UX copy clarity with brand personality and approachability, creating inspiring solutions and presenting them effectively. This is a hybrid role based in New York, requiring approximately 3 days per week in the office, reporting to the Associate Creative Director, Writing.
