About The Position

Vaccines is the only place in Pfizer where you can contribute to patients in a way like no other – you can help prevent sickness and disease. This is at the heart of what drives us every day and brings us great #Joy. It’s an exciting time to be in US Vaccines, with one of the strongest pipelines in the industry and with multiple product launches. The US Vaccines Consumer team drives appropriate vaccination across one of the industry’s broadest portfolios — spanning COVID-19, RSV, pneumococcal disease, meningococcal disease, and Lyme — through branded and unbranded advertising, disease education, and retail and point-of-care pull-through. With one of the strongest pipelines in the industry and multiple launches underway, the team operates in a fast-moving, highly competitive environment that demands sharp execution and close cross-functional partnership. Within this portfolio, the Prevnar franchise is a cornerstone of the US Vaccines business — generating $6.5 billion in global revenue in 2025 and representing 25 years of leadership in pneumococcal disease prevention across both pediatric and adult populations. The Sr. Manager, Consumer sits within the Vaccines Consumer team and will work with the consumer marketing directors leading Prevnar Peds and Prevnar Adult consumer marketing. As a flexible member of the Vaccines Consumer team, the Sr. Manager may also support other brands and priority workstreams across the portfolio as business needs evolve. Working under the direction of the brand consumer Director(s), the Sr. Manager will help develop and execute branded consumer strategies and tactics — including website and platform migrations, CRM, influencer programs, and patient education assets — and help ensure coordinated pull-through across channels. The ideal candidate brings strong consumer marketing fundamentals, sharp execution instincts, comfort navigating a matrixed organization, and a track record of translating strategy into compliant, on-time execution across multiple workstreams.
