About The Position

Beta Bionics is seeking a strategic, hands-on marketer to lead consumer marketing and digital engagement across the consumer journey. The Senior Manager, Consumer & Digital Marketing will develop consumer marketing strategies, positioning, messaging, integrated campaigns, and digital experiences that increase awareness, drive patient acquisition, support product adoption, and strengthen consumer engagement. This is an individual contributor role for someone who thrives on building new capabilities while remaining hands-on in the work. The ideal candidate enjoys balancing strategy with execution and is equally comfortable in developing messaging, launching new products, managing agencies, building integrated campaigns, directing creative, and analyzing performance. This role partners closely with Social Media & Influencer Marketing, HCP Marketing, Product, Clinical, Sales, Customer Care, Legal, Regulatory, and agency partners to ensure every touchpoint delivers a consistent, compelling brand experience. As Beta Bionics continues to grow, this position offers the opportunity to expand leadership and broaden its impact across the marketing organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in consumer marketing, digital marketing, brand marketing, product marketing, or integrated marketing.
  • Demonstrated success developing positioning, messaging, and integrated marketing campaigns, preferably in competitive industries.
  • Experience launching new products and bringing innovations to market.
  • Experience managing agencies and partnering with internal creative teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience developing KPIs and measuring marketing effectiveness.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI-powered tools to improve marketing productivity, content development, and campaign optimization.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in diabetes technology, healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or digital health.
  • Demonstrated team leadership of cross-functional teams and/or previous people leadership.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, FDA promotional guidelines, privacy regulations, and healthcare marketing compliance.
  • Prior Consumer products experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop consumer marketing strategies, positioning, messaging, and integrated campaigns that drive awareness, patient acquisition, product adoption, and consumer engagement.
  • Lead the consumer launch plans for new products, features, and innovations in partnership with Product, Clinical, Commercial, and HCP Marketing.
  • Translate customer insights, market trends, and business priorities into marketing initiatives that strengthen the Beta Bionics brand and support commercial objectives.
  • Lead the strategy and optimization of the Beta Bionics website, digital content, videos, and consumer experience to improve awareness, education, and conversion.
  • Own paid media strategy and execution across programmatic, paid search, SEO/AEO, video, paid social, and emerging digital channels while managing agency partners.
  • Develop email marketing and digital customer engagement programs and partner with the Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to deliver integrated campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and social channels.
  • Develop and execute customer email marketing strategies that support acquisition, onboarding, retention, and advocacy.
  • Build customer journeys that deliver the right message at the right time across digital channels.
  • Partner with Customer Care and Clinical teams to improve customer engagement throughout the lifecycle.
  • Lead the development of patient-facing educational materials, including brochures, videos, digital content, and other resources that support awareness, confidence, and successful product adoption.
  • Partner closely with HCP Marketing to develop educational resources that empower healthcare professionals to educate, train, and care for their patients using Beta Bionics products.
  • Ensure patient education materials are engaging, accurate, compliant, and aligned with the brand and regulatory requirements.
  • Define KPIs across consumer marketing initiatives, paid media, website performance, email marketing, and digital campaigns.
  • Measure campaign performance, customer behavior, and marketing effectiveness to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Continuously improve messaging, creative, customer journeys, and media investments while holding agency partners accountable for delivering measurable business results.
