Requirements

  • 7+ years working in fast-paced technology, marketing and/or consulting companies
  • Fluent in Spanish- both written and spoken
  • Deep familiarity with US Hispanic consumer attitudes and preferences
  • Strong go-to-market expertise
  • Ability to plan multi-channel marketing for client acquisition
  • Experience influencing the end-to-end product

Responsibilities

  • Localize and tailor the BetterHelp product to serve Spanish speakers in the US.
  • Manage BetterHelp’s marketing budget aimed at Spanish speakers.
  • Optimize the media mix and marketing budget across all channels- including Paid Search, Facebook, TikTok, TV, Podcast, and Radio.
  • Represent the cultural nuance, needs and preferences of the US Hispanic audience to help BH better understand the segment.
  • Manage supply and demand balance for Spanish speaking therapists and clients.
  • Use data and business cases to champion Spanish speaking segment growth
  • Work & influence cross-functionally and asynchronously with BetterHelp teams (including product, compliance, legal, engineering, clinical operations and more)
  • Develop the medium and long term growth plan, product, and marketing localization for Spanish speakers in the US.
