We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing, and Category Development. About the role: You will oversee sales strategy & sales forecasts, proposing and directing the execution of programs to maximize sales volume potential to achieve Plan. Will include support of several key Customers across select Categories. It is also a proven discipline and has developed senior leaders across the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a commercial field + 5 years in Sales/Marketing
  • Strong commercial acumen, P&L and analytical skills
  • Experience with customer management and syndicated data (Nielsen/IRI)
  • Influential, entrepreneurial, and results-driven mindset
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead 4P (PICoS) strategy and Local Success Model
  • Manage trade spend and drive ROI optimization
  • Translate brand plans into customer execution and in-store performance
  • Support GTM strategy, financial modelling, and forecasting
  • Canadian market experience (Walmart, Loblaws, Costco)
  • Strong Nielsen/NIQ acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
