About The Position

The Senior Manager, Technical Program Management leads teams in strategic planning, technology program delivery, and complex project execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder consensus. This role is responsible for developing and managing a strategic program roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive technology infrastructure and operations initiatives. This includes overseeing end-to-end execution of projects, from business case development to implementation and reporting, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Responsibilities also involve managing program intake processes, resourcing, and budgeting, while maintaining best practices in project/program management and agile methodologies. The position may also include building and maintaining a robust technology delivery framework, defining and utilizing standard methodologies, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency and quality. The Senior Manager, Technical Program Management may develop tactical plans, track key performance metrics, and communicate program success to senior leadership, addressing roadblocks and proposing solutions to ensure continuous improvement. Furthermore, the role involves designing strategic product roadmaps, leveraging industry best practices, and driving innovative solutions to improve user satisfaction and engagement. The Senior Manager, Technical Program Management collaborates with engineering teams to ensure high-performing and stable technology platforms, aligning with business objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. Partner with Technology, Product, Business, and Operations teams to align on priorities, scope, and execution plans. Work effectively with global and distributed teams, managing time-zone, cultural, and operational complexities. Facilitate decision-making across stakeholders and resolve conflicts to maintain delivery momentum. Identify gaps in current in-market processes, systems, and applications, including regional nuances. Lead gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for new initiatives or enhancements. Recommend scalable solutions aligned with global platforms while addressing local business needs. Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI and Agentic processes to improve delivery productivity (e.g., automation, code generation, testing). Partner with global teams to shape end-to-end AI-enabled solutions, from ideation to implementation. Stay current with emerging technologies and drive adoption where they deliver measurable business value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in technology delivery
  • 5+ years in program/portfolio leadership roles
  • Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-functional technology programs
  • Strong expertise in program and portfolio management, including budgeting, resource planning, and risk management
  • Experience working with global/distributed teams and managing complex dependencies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Solid understanding of enterprise systems, integrations, and modern architecture patterns
  • Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, and data-driven systems
  • Age – 16 or older

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to AI/ML and Generative AI use cases in enterprise environments is highly preferred

Benefits

  • The pay range for this position is $109,400.00 - $150,480.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
