Identify gaps in current in-market processes, systems, and applications, including regional nuances. Lead gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for new initiatives or enhancements. Recommend scalable solutions aligned with global platforms while addressing local business needs. Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI and Agentic processes to improve delivery productivity (e.g., automation, code generation, testing). Partner with global teams to shape end-to-end AI-enabled solutions, from ideation to implementation. Stay current with emerging technologies and drive adoption where they deliver measurable business value.
