As a Senior Manager, Technical Product Management, you will lead a team responsible for the full lifecycle of one or more complex products in the Specialty Access and Affordability space. From management of the Product Development Lifecycle process planning development, release, and scale, you’ll ensure our products and product managers are positioned to deliver meaningful value to users and customers while aligning with business and technical strategy. In this role, you’ll serve as a central point of coordination across engineering, design, process, test, quality, operations, and marketing as products move into production and distribution. You’ll drive clarity, alignment, and execution across teams, while building a strong, high‑performing organization.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Typically requires 9+ years of professional experience and 1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience.
  • Strong (7-9 years) product lifecycle management experience, including planning, delivery, and ongoing optimization of complex products.
  • Experience (7-9 years) managing and developing product support talent, including performance management and coaching.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and make data‑informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product strategy, risks, and trade‑offs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong handle on PDLC tools to driving process improvement and execution excellence (e.g. JIRA)

Nice To Haves

  • Significant experience in product management, technical product leadership, or a related discipline, with demonstrated people‑management responsibility.
  • Experience working across multiple products, platforms, or technical domains.
  • Familiarity with agile product development environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for the specialty portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational and functional goals.
  • Support and enhance product activities across all stages of the lifecycle, including new product introduction, enhancements, upgrades, and maintenance.
  • Serve as the primary product connector across engineering, architecture, design, manufacturing, test, quality, and operations to ensure successful delivery to production.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Product Owners, including goal setting, performance management, and career development.
  • Establish and track team goals, metrics, and KPIs; report on project status, risks, timelines, and resource needs to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Partner with peer leaders to manage dependencies, prioritize work, and allocate resources across products, projects and teams.
  • Ensure product management artifacts and outputs meet established quality standards and follow defined PDLC processes and Agile best practices.
