About The Position

Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Talent Cycle, this position is responsible for providing leadership and oversight to a diverse operations team supporting employee onboarding and talent lifecycle processes. Provides direction on identifying process and efficiency improvements, resolving employee data inconsistencies, and maintaining accurate records. Accountable for meeting departmental goals, service level agreements, and operational objectives while supporting change initiatives and mitigating operational and compliance risks. Works to enhance the employee experience while ensuring alignment with HR Operations policies, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of HR or Operations experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in policy interpretation and/or case adjudication
  • Minimum 3 years of people management/leadership experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee onboarding and offboarding operations, ensuring timely and accurate completion of pre-hire, new hire and post-hire processes in alignment with established service level agreements.
  • Lead and oversee HR Operations, ensuring timely and accurate completion of daily Manager Self-Service transactions in HRMS, HR Helpline oversight, and respond to ad hoc audit requests within established service level agreements.
  • Manage and develop the team, providing guidance, performance management, and operational oversight
  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies within onboarding workflows through collaboration with Talent Cycle, Digital Solutions, and cross-functional partners.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards while maintaining data accuracy and audit readiness.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to support a consistent and positive experience aligned with HR and business objectives
