As a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will play a key role in crafting our recruiting strategies and delivering outstanding candidate and hiring manager experiences. This position partners closely with our Regeneron Genetics Center and Information Technology teams, driving full-cycle recruitment processes and ensuring we attract and hire the best talent for our thriving organization. As a Senior Manager a typical day might include the following: Source, screen, and lead candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, providing an outstanding candidate experience. Build and sustain proactive pipelines for critical, hard to fill, and leadership roles through sophisticated search techniques, Talent Relationship Management tools (Beamery), and professional networks. Be responsible for candidate experience initiatives, ensuring consistent and high-quality touchpoints across the recruitment lifecycle. Advise and collaborate with hiring leaders on strategies to address current and future talent gaps. Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles, responsibilities, and draft compelling job postings that reflect organizational objectives and attract top talent. Partner with leaders across the Regeneron Genetics Center & Information Technology teams to build and implement tailored recruiting strategies that meet each function’s outstanding talent needs. Outstanding stakeholder management with the abilities to influence; you have a history of building trust and credibility with senior leaders Stay current on industry trends, labor market conditions, and recruiting best practices to continuously improve strategies. Handle candidate activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and TRM system (Beamery). Requirements

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Have at least 10+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in IT or computational recruitment.
  • Experience working in a staffing agency is highly valued.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for providing clear and insightful updates to candidates, colleagues, and business partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience working in a staffing agency is highly valued.
