We’re excited to welcome a new team member to report directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition. In this role, you’ll manage full-cycle recruiting for FTEs, third-party contractors, and support innovative talent projects. This new position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys making an enterprise-wide impact, and provides exceptional service to internal teams while understanding the candidate market. Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years of recruiting experience and a strong focus on construction or professional services firm with 1,000+ employees
  • Strong end-to-end recruiting life cycle experience
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to foster relationships and meet enterprise demands
  • Proven success supporting high-volume recruiting in fast-paced environment
  • Strong sourcing capabilities, with a process-driven and candidate experience mindset
  • Work on site in Detroit (if local) or Hybrid if outside Detroit

Nice To Haves

  • 4-year college degree in a related field is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage a diverse requisition load while maintaining service quality and candidate experience
  • Sourcing & Pipelines: Develop sourcing strategies using social media tools, trade networks, apprenticeship programs, referrals and other innovative campaigns
  • Process Excellence: Drive consistency through documented recruitment workflows and best practices
  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure compliance with EEO, OFCCP, labor laws
