Reporting to the Director, HR, the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition provides leadership to the organization’s strategy, team development and execution of the talent acquisition plan. The focus will be on strategic workforce planning, employment brand development and analytics with an eye to continuous improvement that supports Vantage’s growth path. The role will work closely with the Director, HR and hiring managers to develop and implement programs that attract and retain top talent, while reviewing and updating or optimizing existing systems. This position requires an independent self-starter who is comfortable working in a dynamic, changing environment as part of a high-performing team.
