Greenhouse is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (Temporary, 6-month term) to join our team! In this high-visibility role, you'll form strategic partnerships with hiring managers across Greenhouse, enabling informed, data-driven decisions that result in the best hires. You'll be empowered by the Greenhouse product suite and work closely with top leaders in the SaaS industry, all within an environment committed to defining what "best" looks like in recruiting. As part of the People team, you'll own critical job searches from kick-off to close, develop and execute targeting sourcing strategies, and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout every stage of the process. You'll also play a key role in building inclusive and equitable hiring practices, while continuously looking for ways to improve how we work together.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Motivation to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • A strong interest in or track record of building inclusive and equitable hiring processes
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills that resonate with our brand voice
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience hiring for G&A roles (Finance, HR, Legal, etc.), a plus
  • Experience using Greenhouse Recruiting in-house, strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct critical job searches for various teams across locations, owning the process from kick-off to close
  • Understand and apply data effectively, positively impacting the Talent Acquisition team's overall metrics
  • Develop strong hiring manager partnerships and empower informed decision-making
  • Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies in adherence with our internal standards
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout each of your interview processes
  • Collaborate with other members of the People team to share best practices and drive continuous improvement
  • Communicate Greenhouse's value and mission to candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance recruiting effectiveness
  • Additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require
