About The Position
The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management, oversees end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure efficient merchandise flow across distribution networks and fulfillment centers. This role involves analyzing data to optimize processes, managing supplier and partner relationships, and driving continuous improvements in supply chain execution. The position requires leadership in resolving operational challenges, coordinating cross-functional teams, and implementing strategies that align with sales, inventory, and profitability goals. The role also includes supervising associates, fostering performance development, and supporting company policies to maintain high standards of integrity and operational excellence. The team collaborates closely with Walmart, Club Operations, Merchandising, and Replenishment partners to identify and implement supply chain optimization opportunities. They lead initiatives that enhance merchandise flow and operational efficiency across multiple business units. Focused on driving continuous improvement, the team manages end-to-end supply chain processes, resolves escalations, and supports performance management. By leveraging data analysis and cross-functional coordination, they ensure alignment with business goals while promoting effective communication and operational excellence. This team plays a critical role in advancing supply chain strategies that support overall company success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
- 2 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end supply chain processes to ensure efficient merchandise flow through distribution networks and fulfillment centers.
- Analyze data and lead root cause investigations to resolve shipping, receiving, inventory, and return issues.
- Oversee relationships with external partners, ensuring compliance with company standards and performance expectations.
- Drive supply chain process improvements by identifying opportunities to reduce costs and enhance service levels.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align supply chain execution with sales, inventory, and profitability goals.
- Support business plans by removing obstacles, measuring progress, and adapting strategies accordingly.
