About The Position

At WK Kellogg Co, we exist to create joy and connection to inspire Gr-r-reat days. We believe that doing good is always good for business and we have stood for this since Kellogg Company was founded more than 120 years ago. We are passionate about doing our part to make nutritious foods, create social connectivity and respect natural resources. Together, these actions create positive progress for people and the planet – today and for years to come. We have big plans for how we are going to accomplish this, and we would love for you to join us in this effort. The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Growth plays a critical leadership role at the intersection of Commercial strategy and Supply Chain execution, ensuring WK Kellogg Co can profitably deliver growth today while building the capabilities needed for the future. This role serves as the primary Supply Chain business partner to Commercial, acting as the single point of contact (SPOC) for platform‑level initiatives, growth programs, and complex supply chain decisions. The role determines the “what,” builds the strategy, and mobilizes cross‑functional teams to enable on‑time, cost‑effective execution—while also shaping the longer‑term supply chain network, capacity, and capabilities required to support future growth. While the role has a strong long‑term, strategic focus, it also requires hands‑on leadership in solving real‑time delivery and capability gaps when plans deviate, often leading cross‑functional problem‑solving efforts to protect commercial delivery. This is role based in our Battle Creek, Michigan Corporate Headquarters.
