About The Position

This role is for a Senior Manager of Supply Chain Excellence, focusing on the Integrated Lean Six Sigma (IL6S) program within Mondelēz International's North America region. The IL6S program is an operational excellence initiative aimed at continuous improvement across all business aspects and processes. The position involves building IL6S progression in manufacturing sites and significant capability building for colleagues. The goal is to provide a competitive advantage through continuous improvement and empower employees to implement change.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, influence, and manage change.
  • Capacity to influence key stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Ability to operate independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Thorough understanding of process improvement methodologies and tools, both in applying them 'hands-on' and in training/coaching others.
  • Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Materials).
  • 8+ years of experience in a production environment.
  • TPM experience is a must.
  • 8+ years in development and implementation of industrial management systems focused on loss reduction by applying TPM and high-performance organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Support the IL6S program development and implementation at Mondelēz Supply Chain (MSC), including ownership for direction and adjustments needed to accelerate priorities.
  • Execute the IL6S Operational Excellence Roadmap in partnership with the Senior Leadership team, aligning with functional roadmaps.
  • Lead Manufacturing loss analyses for sponsored initiatives.
  • Train and mentor region resources on initiatives to improve Revenue, product margin, cash-flow, and growth.
  • Identify opportunities for growth.
  • Build capability through training, coaching, performance evaluations, and talent acquisition.
  • Drive Asset Reliability improvement to achieve high levels of performance, reliability, and utilization.
