About The Position

Incora is seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join us as a Senior Manager, Supplier Delivery. As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry, customers are at the heart of our business. The Senior Manager, Supplier Delivery role will be responsible for delivering operational and strategic plans through overall supply chain management, with a specific focus on orderbook and delivery management. This position will lead operational supply chain performance while also managing the on-going relationship with vendors. Direct and indirect responsibility for a medium to large team of managers.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent in Business management related subject or qualified by experience
  • Extensive experience in establishing, driving and developing supply chain relationships
  • Strong ability to manage processes and KPIs
  • Extensive supply chain operations experience
  • People management and leadership experience
  • Supplier or customer relationship building experience
  • Understanding of balance sheet drivers
  • Must be a "U.S. Person" as defined by ITAR regulations (U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, or certain individuals admitted as a refugee or granted asylum).

Nice To Haves

  • CPIM, CSCP or equivalent is desirable
  • Lean/6 Sigma or similar business improvement/continuous improvement certification or practical application experience is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Personally developing strong relationships with vendors and customers, ensuring all aspects of customer expectations for the designated account and Incora business requirements are met or exceeded to promote the long-term interest of the business.
  • Develop a business plan for the department to include targets, resource requirements, training requirements and capability. Ensure accurate resource planning to meet load and capability requirements so that key activities can be prioritized.
  • Establish and measure annual strategic objectives to ensure that the department meets the required operational performance targets.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across a global Incora team, supply base, and customers.
  • Establish, measure, and monitor vendor performance KPI’s to manage and improve supply chain performance in support of customer delivery.
  • Deploy strategy, processes, and procedures across the region. Utilize resources to maximize efficiency and achieve business objectives.
