The Core HR technology plays a critical role in enabling HR Technology to deliver against its mission to bring innovation and value to the Bank with confidence and reliability. In this role, you will champion a customer-focused culture, develop strategic partnerships with stakeholders, and lead a team to operate and enhance SAP SuccessFactors EC. You will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions, managing deployment strategies, and supporting cross-platform solutions within SFSF. Collaboration with test teams, troubleshooting, and investing in team capabilities through knowledge transfer, training, and mentoring are key aspects of this position. You will also be expected to understand the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture, independently resolve complex problems, and participate in the systems implementation process, including interpreting business requirements, system analysis, and supporting QA testing. Continuous learning of HRIS, industry best practices, and technology is essential, as is the ability to resolve problems through iterative development and rapid prototyping. Knowledge of career development and the ability to structure career progress and development programs are also important.
