The Bloomberg Center for Public Innovation at Johns Hopkins University (the Center) seeks a Senior Manager, Strategic Program Evaluation to lead the Center’s monitoring, evaluation, and learning agenda. This role will shape the Center’s approach to performance measurement, evaluation planning, and evidence used across its portfolio of technical assistance to cities, training programs for local government officials, peer learning opportunities, public innovation research, and experiential learning. The Senior Manager will oversee the full portfolio of monitoring and evaluation activities, ensuring that insights are timely, rigorous, and actionable, and that recommendations are translated into program improvements across the Center. Working closely with Center leadership, program teams, and funding partners, the Senior Manager will help embed a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and strategic decision-making across the organization. Structurally, the Senior Manager will be a member of the Data & Insights team and provide high-quality services to Center staff to enable the Center’s success. The first of its kind in the world, the Bloomberg Center for Public Innovation at Johns Hopkins aims to advance the field of public sector innovation by marrying cutting-edge practice with world class research to transform the culture of government, deliver exceptional results for residents, and inspire trust in public service. The Center is housed within the new Johns Hopkins School of Government and Policy.
